Installed a gate used as a headboard last week! Pretty interesting look.
We left it as-is, no sanding, scraping or prepping…just coated it with 3 layers of clear coat to keep the rusty areas from flaking off…

I used Blogspot at first, but switched here to wordpress. It’s really easy, I am only paying 18 dollars per year for the web address…It can all be done through wordpress…
It’s free, but a free site would be http://www.renov8z.wordpress.com not a really cool address. Buy the domain name through wordpress and you can re-route it like I did so simply…. http://www.renov8z.com 18 bucks a year….can’t beat it…
