Looking under a sink a few days ago, I found this…. A slow leak had caused the fitting to gradually rust then break. This is a very easy fix, so below I added a photo of what the parts look like that are needed to make the repair… In our case, and in mostContinue reading “Sink Leak”

Amazing Rat Hole
I had no Idea “Tom and Jerry” was for real!! I inserted my inspection camera under some cabinets and took a picture of this perfectly made mouse hole!! Pretty amazing! It was about 3 inches across… the rats had done quite a lot of damage, but we filled these and hopefully there are no more!Continue reading “Amazing Rat Hole”
Garbage Disposal Find!
Little boys in a clients home decided to clean out their aquarium in the sink… Problem was, they did it in the Disposal and filled it full of little aquarium rocks! This house had some floor issues where the beams under the house had shifted and were pushing outward. The floor was pushing the sliding door and entire wall outward… WeContinue reading “Foundation Repair”

Commercial Bathroom Stall Doors
Here’s a project we worked on a few weeks ago. We set up at night to build new stall doors in the bathrooms, semi-rustic (whatever that means) but this is what the design came out looking like… I decided that using outdoor privacy fence gate hardware would fit best with the design. We painted themContinue reading “Commercial Bathroom Stall Doors”
